Cassandra Gierden has spent over two decades helping leaders and organizations close the gap between their current reality and what is actually possible. With a background starting in high-end hospitality management for prestigious brands like Four Seasons Hotels & Resorts, Pan Pacific Hotels, Hotel Le Germain and Fairmont Hotels & Resorts, she has worked in brand, communications, management consulting, sales, franchise growth, and entrepreneurial startups.
As a Professional Certified Coach (PCC), past ICF Chapter President, and recipient of the International and Canadian PRISM Awards for Coaching Excellence, Cassandra’s work focuses on the intersection of human sustainability and systemic performance. Today, she advises senior executives, speaks at major industry conferences, and writes about the unseen capacity gaps inside work environments.
